Hello guys,

I'm using Webmail Pro trial 'n will purchase for sure at the end of this trial.

I've a question : How to move my webmail pro datas and database from domain A to domain B, by keeping intact of them.. ?

I know that we can't modify each user created from domain A, but i did can modify via phpmyadmin, then when i try to log in on the user abcde@domainB.com, inside the Inbox, i see no mails even in others folders also..

PS : i move it from A to B without problems, but i see no old and new mails inside the inbox.

So do you know what did i missed ? Maybe the settings.XML has to be reconfigured or elsewhere ?

Are you saying that you need to move all the users from a certain domain to a different one withing the same installation, so that, say, user1@domain-a.com becomes user1@domain-b.com? It's not something WebMail Pro supports, and I wouldn't recommend amending database records directly, changing account details via PHP API might work.

Sorry for my late reply Too much things to do with my job! I decided to use Webmail Pro, i use actually the trial one and at the end will purchase for the License, Afterlogic rocks !!!

Yes, it's exactly : user1@domain-a.com becomes user1@domain-b.com

I'll take a look on that PHP API, and anyway if i can't, i'll contact your Pro Services !

I've checked this with the developers, and according to them, PHP API doesn't allow for changing email address, that's a by-design limitation.

If you change email addresses on the database level, make sure to update `email` and `mail_inc_login` in awm_accounts table. If the accounts are within domains, you need to update awm_domains table accordingly. If you were using contacts and/or calendars, check the respective tables as well.
