Hello.

We have 6 locations with 10 mailboxes per location. Is a 100 User license ok? We want to install the script on each of the 6 local servers. Or do we need to purchase a 100 user license for each location? 6x 100 User?

Thanks

Yes, you can use 100 users license on multiple servers, as long as total number of user accounts on all the installations is within the licensed amount of users.

Thank you.

Another question: If my local server loses contact with the e-mail server, no user can log on. Is there an option for an off-line mode? Then users can read old already downloaded e-mails and have to wait until the connection again.

Thanks again!

I'm afraid that's not possible. WebMail Pro doesn't store mails locally, it accesses those directly on IMAP server.
