Some of email not showing change password options in settings, but some emails show this options, I try re-create account with same email by deleting and create again, but the change password options still not showing in option for this account, what I can do for fixing this?

By default, password change option is only shown for accounts that have 127.0.0.1 or localhost as their IMAP host names. You can, however, alter that behavior by setting plugins.cpanel-change-password.config.servers configuration parameter of the plugin as explained here.
