Hey! Recently, i installed AfterLogic Webmail Lite and everything was working fine, at least, for a few days. Now, the e-mail adresses i register just won't be accepted as valid email/password by afterlogic, with the red message saying the credentials are not valid. Please help me if possible, as i enjoy the product and need it working.
Sorry if there's some bad english, as I'm not from US/UK.
P.S: I'm using Hostgator host and installed everything via ftp.

You can enable logs in the admin panel, then try again and check them. This will let you find out what's wrong.

Make sure log verbosity is set to Debug. If it's set to Error or Warning, the logs won't be complete.

We may be able to assist if you provide the logs, but bear in mind that community editions do not come with guaranteed free support. You may want to consider using the Pro version.

According to the logs, you attempt to access IMAP server on port 26 - are you sure it's the correct port number for the server you use? Typically, port 26 would be SMTP, outgoing mail - while standard port number for IMAP is 143, ant it seems to be open on mail.pomaire.com.br server.
