I want to install it on my server. It's a centOS 6 64 bits vps.
I have cpanel on it but it's not activate be cause I don't want to pay renew cost. hat package I need to take for install it from ftp and that work without cpanel or anything else?

The standard package of WebMail Lite can work just fine without cPanel or any other control panel. As long as you have webserver with PHP support and MySQL database, you should be able to run the product, see the installation instructions for more info.
