For a while now, every now and then, I'm unable to reply to emails or send them. There are no error messages. The send screen just stays active as if it times out. I have checked the Webmail Lite Logs and have checked the SMTP logs on my server and see no errors. I can go to gmail and send the email just fine but can't send within Webmail Lite. What could be the issue?

That sounds like webserver issue. Did you check error logs of Apache, or whichever web server you're using?
