A customer has started getting an error processing emails from an Office 365 mailbox. We are using MailBee.Net Objects dll version 8.0.2.426

The error is ( I have copied from screenshot so could include typos ):

MailBee.Outlook.MailBeeOutlookMsgBuildingException: Cannot remove OLE2 block[64] out of range[0- 15].

This is an urgent issue for us, your help is appreciated.

That version is over 2 years old, current one is 10.* and we recommend to check whether the issue occurs with the latest version available here. The latest version of MailBee.NET assembly is also available here.

Note that this is a community forum, if you need help from AfterLogic team directly, using HelpDesk instead is recommended. Also, make sure your maintenance contract is up-to-date so you stay entitled to support and upgrades.
